Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter)
- 1Β½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Β½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ΒΌ cup parmesan cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Β½ tsp salt
- Β½ tsp black pepper
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp onion powder
- Fresh parsley or chives (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line or grease a round baking pan with parchment paper. - Mix Eggs
In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. - Add Cheese
Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese. - Bake
Pour mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for 30β35 minutes until golden on top and set in the center. - Cool & Slice
Let rest 5 minutes. Slice into wedges and garnish with parsley.
