✅ Ingredients
For the Dough
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp baking powder
Garlic Butter Topping
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
Cheese Topping
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make Keto Dough
- Add mozzarella and cream cheese to a bowl.
- Microwave for 40–60 seconds until melted.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Add almond flour, egg, and baking powder.
- Knead into a soft dough.
2️⃣ Shape Bread
- Place dough between parchment paper.
- Roll into a rectangle (about ½-inch thick).
3️⃣ First Bake
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
4️⃣ Add Garlic & Cheese
- Mix butter + garlic + seasoning.
- Brush over bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top.
5️⃣ Final Bake
- Bake again for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts and turns golden.
