Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter)
  • 1Β½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Β½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ΒΌ cup parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Β½ tsp salt
  • Β½ tsp black pepper
  • Β½ tsp garlic powder
  • Β½ tsp onion powder
  • Fresh parsley or chives (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line or grease a round baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Eggs
    In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add Cheese
    Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake
    Pour mixture into the prepared pan.
    Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden on top and set in the center.
  5. Cool & Slice
    Let rest 5 minutes. Slice into wedges and garnish with parsley.
