🛒 Ingredients
Blueberry Filling
- 4 cups fresh blueberries (or frozen, thawed)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Cobbler Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
👩🍳 Instructions
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream 🍨
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare blueberry filling
In a bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
Make cobbler batter
In another bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk and stir until smooth.
Slowly mix in melted butter.
Assemble
Pour batter over the blueberries (do not stir).
Bake
Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and blueberries are bubbling.
Cool & Serve
Let rest 10–15 minutes.
