🍳 Instructions
- Prepare zucchini
- Grate zucchini
- Squeeze ALL water out using cloth or hands (very important)
- Melt cheeses
- Microwave mozzarella + cheddar + cream cheese for 30–40 seconds
- Mix until stretchy and smooth
- Mix dough
- Add egg, zucchini, almond flour, psyllium husk
- Add all spices
- Mix well until thick dough forms
- Shape sticks
- Grease hands with oil
- Shape thin finger-like sticks
- Frying method
- Heat oil on medium
- Fry sticks 2–3 minutes per side until golden & crispy
- Remove on paper towel
