🧾 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ small onion, finely diced (optional but still keto)
  • ½ cup chicken broth (no sugar)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream (optional for creamy version)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Season the Chicken
