🥘 Ingredients (Keto / Low Carb)

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup low-carb marinara sauce (no added sugar)
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 20–25 slices pepperoni (check zero/low carb)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

2️⃣ Season the chicken
Brush chicken breasts with olive oil.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

3️⃣ Bake first
Place chicken in the dish and bake 20 minutes.

4️⃣ Add toppings
Remove from oven.
Spread marinara sauce over each chicken breast.
Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and pepperoni slices.

5️⃣ Final bake
Return to oven and bake 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and chicken is fully cooked.

6️⃣ Rest & serve
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
