Ingredients (Keto / Low-Carb)
- 6 slices keto bread or cloud bread / chaffle slices
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20)
- ½ small onion (very finely chopped – optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup sugar-free Sloppy Joe sauce (keto-friendly)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1½ cups mozzarella cheese (full-fat)
- ½ cup cheddar cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley or chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray. - Toast Keto Bread
Mix butter + garlic powder + Italian seasoning.
Spread on keto bread slices.
Bake 5 minutes until lightly crisp. - Cook Meat
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion; cook 2 minutes.
Stir in sugar-free Sloppy Joe sauce, salt & pepper.
Simmer 3–5 minutes. - Assemble
Spoon meat over toasted bread.
Top generously with mozzarella and cheddar. - Bake
Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles. - Serve
