Cheesy Sloppy Joe Garlic Bread – Full Recipe

Ingredients (Keto / Low-Carb)

  • 6 slices keto bread or cloud bread / chaffle slices
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20)
  • ½ small onion (very finely chopped – optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup sugar-free Sloppy Joe sauce (keto-friendly)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese (full-fat)
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray.
  2. Toast Keto Bread
    Mix butter + garlic powder + Italian seasoning.
    Spread on keto bread slices.
    Bake 5 minutes until lightly crisp.
  3. Cook Meat
    Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
    Add garlic and onion; cook 2 minutes.
    Stir in sugar-free Sloppy Joe sauce, salt & pepper.
    Simmer 3–5 minutes.
  4. Assemble
    Spoon meat over toasted bread.
    Top generously with mozzarella and cheddar.
  5. Bake
    Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
  6. Serve
    Garnish and serve hot. Super cheesy, zero guilt 😍
