Ingredients
For the Filling
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup onion, very finely chopped (optional for strict keto)
- ½ cup sugar-free Sloppy Joe sauce (keto-friendly)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
For the Wraps
- 6 low-carb tortillas (2–3g net carbs each)
or egg wraps for ultra-low carb - 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
Topping (Optional)
- Fresh parsley or chives
- Butter spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish. - Cook the Sloppy Joe Filling
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Brown ground beef until fully cooked.
Add garlic and onion; cook 1–2 minutes.
Stir in sugar-free Sloppy Joe sauce, seasonings, salt & pepper.
Simmer 3–5 minutes, then remove from heat. - Assemble Wraps
Lay tortillas flat.
Spread cream cheese in the center.
Add Sloppy Joe meat.
Sprinkle mozzarella + cheddar. - Fold
Fold tortillas burrito-style or envelope-style (as shown in image).
Place seam-side down in baking dish. - Bake
Lightly spray tops with butter or oil.
Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbling. - Serve
Garnish with parsley. Serve hot and cheesy 😍
